About the Role

We are seeking a friendly and helpful Customer Service Representative to join our team at Kyndryl. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, helping them to resolve their technical issues and improve their overall experience with our services.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face and voice of Kyndryl, interacting with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, answering technical questions, and providing solutions to complex problems.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service, has strong communication and problem-solving skills, and is able to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and answer technical questions
  • Provide solutions to complex problems and escalate issues when necessary
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues
  • Continuously improve customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a technical support role
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Basic knowledge of Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Google Cloud, or other technical platforms
  • Customer support experience, preferably in a technical support role
  • Ability to work in a bilingual environment
