Serves as a technical lead and system owner of one or more platforms for Syneos Health, a biopharmaceutical solutions organization. Responsible for creating and maintaining the platform architecture, deployment, and upgrades. As system owner, this role is accountable for management of administration processes and tier 3 support. Interfaces with technology infrastructure, security, production support, and external vendors to ensure capabilities are well supported, secure, and maintained.
