Your key responsibilities will include establishing project goals, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and resolving complex design issues. You will also be responsible for overseeing the development of graphic presentations and implementation documents, as well as delivering complete project design presentations to clients.
To excel in this role, you must have a strong background in sustainable design, integrated design guidelines, and building systems. Excellent communication and presentation skills are also essential, as is the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience in a quality design firm, with accreditation in Architecture or Interior Design. Proficiency in Revit and architectural software such as 3D modeling and AutoCAD is preferred. Strong knowledge of sustainability and integrated design guidelines is essential, as is the ability to maintain existing client relationships and build new ones.
