We are seeking a highly experienced MGR II MFG & PROCESS DVL HIGH SPEED CABLE ASSEMBLIES professional to join our team in Hermosillo, MX. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing engineering and leadership.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead a team of engineers to develop and implement efficient cable assembly processes and production lines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective interface between product development and cable assembly engineering.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to verify compliance and capability.
- Prioritize and time manage a portfolio of projects/work efforts based on criticality and business need.
- Bachelor or above degree with mechanical/electric related majors.
- At least 5 years related experience at managerial level in a multinational manufacturing site.
- Familiar with Lean, Six Sigma, etc. industrial methods/tools.
- With 2 years or above work experience in high-speed cable assembly production is required.
- Fluent in English and good presentation skills.
