We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Leader to join our team at ADP, Inc. in the Philippines. As a key member of our Business Solutions organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and transformation across multiple business units.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process improvement and transformation projects, with experience in leading large-scale initiatives in a BPO/KPO environment. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth, improve processes, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and transformation
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business unit leaders, global solutions organization, and cross-functional teams
  • Identify areas for process improvement and develop recommendations to address these opportunities
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure effective project execution and delivery
  • Mentor and develop project managers and team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Ensure compliance with ADP's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in process improvement and transformation projects using LEAN, 6-Sigma, and similar frameworks
  • Six Sigma (Green minimum) certification
  • Substantial experience leading continuous improvement and business transformation projects in large complex environments
  • Ability to structure ambiguous problems and develop qualitative and quantitative approaches/methodologies for identifying and assessing various options to address these problems
  • Proven history teaching designing large-scale global service delivery programs in BPO/KPO environments
  • Proven experience in project management and effective change management
  • Strong consultative and interpersonal skills, including negotiation skills, with the ability to drive for clarity and results when faced with significant ambiguity
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to interface with senior leaders
  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to manage matrix teams
  • Ability to work in varied work environments and schedules as required by the projects
  • Strong business acumen – Can understand the business implications of various approaches
  • Team player (displays enthusiasm, confidence & commitment)

Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this position is between PHP 150,000 - PHP 250,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience. This estimate is based on industry standards and market research in the Philippines.
