Parker-Valet Ambassador

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled and courteous Parking-Valet to join our team at the Sheraton Mexico City Maria Isabel Hotel. As a key member of our Rooms & Guest Services Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of vehicle traffic on property, while providing exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving the property.

• Monitor and direct personal and commercial vehicle traffic to ensure vehicles are legally parked.

• Communicate parking procedures and provide directions to guests/visitors.

• Maintain the safety, security, and cleanliness of parking areas/levels.

• Report any safety hazards, unauthorized personnel, or potential security problems to management.

• Maintain the security of vehicles and vehicle keys.

**Requirements:**

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Valid driver's license required.

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time.

• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect company assets.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and support colleagues to reach common goals.
