We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Brand Designer to join our team at Zillow. As a key member of our talent acquisition team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive visual brand strategy that showcases our company culture and values.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a visual brand strategy that aligns with our company culture and values.
- Create and produce dynamic creative deliverables in various formats to communicate our brand story.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in our brand messaging.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in visual branding and design.
- Develop and maintain a suite of marketing and social media templates that equip our talent teams to be active participants in building our brand and reputation with candidates.
Requirements
- Intermediate or mid-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom.
- Experience in creating and following brand guidelines.
- Strong conceptual ability and understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and color strategy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask.
