**About the Role**

RHI Magnesita is seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join their team in Ramos Arizpe, Mexico.

**Job Summary:**

We are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist who can provide expert-level support in payroll processing, compliance, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

**Responsibilities:**

* Process payroll accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely payment to employees*

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee information, including payroll data, benefits, and time-off requests*

* Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, including tax withholding, social security contributions, and other statutory requirements*

* Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly*

* Analyze and resolve payroll discrepancies, errors, or irregularities in a timely manner*

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field*

* 2+ years of experience in payroll administration, preferably in a multinational company*

* Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations*

* Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills*

* Proficiency in payroll software and systems, such as ADP or Workday*
