Senior Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our ERP implementation projects from scratch.

Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at Michael Page and take on the challenge of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Identify, plan, and manage all project activities in alignment with PMO governance policies.
  • Communication: Develop communication plans and provide regular project status updates to ensure transparency and proactive problem-solving within the project team.
  • Project Governance: Create and maintain project charters, plans, schedules, and budgets within a cross-functional team environment.
  • Risk Management: Proactively manage risks, conduct formal risk assessments, and provide mitigation plans to minimize potential threats.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Conduct RCA and document lessons learned to promote continuous improvement and best practices.
  • Team Leadership: Encourage transparency and proactive problem-solving within the project team.
  • Change Management: Attend Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and manage project change controls.
  • Project Monitoring: Monitor project progress through its lifecycle and ensure milestones and verification phases are met.
Requirements
  • Proven Expertise: Proven expertise in leading ERP implementation projects from scratch, with knowledge and skills to manage the entire project lifecycle.
  • Experience: +8 years in project management.
  • Skills: Knowledge in ERP, networks, and infrastructure; risk analysis (impact, matrix, probabilities, risk register); ERP implementation (any ERP such as SAP, Oracle, etc. A plus if it's Dynamics).
  • Certification: PMP certification.
  • Methodologies: Expertise with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
What We Offer
  • Salary: The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000, depending on location and experience.
