Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Expert to join our team in Nuevo Leon, Mexico. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical recommendations and guidance to customers throughout various phases of their projects.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers and lead engineers to conduct technical reviews and discussions with customers, partners, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Assist contract managers with claims, customer specifications, and safety standards.
- Create and deliver work plans and budgets, as well as risk assessments relevant to your engineering discipline.
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to customers, resolving issues and maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
About the Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Aeronautical Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a global company like ABB.
- Proficiency in Power BI and AutoCAD, with knowledge of CREO Modeling and/or SolidWorks.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills, with a collaborative approach and strong communication abilities.
