We are seeking an experienced Industrialization Engineer to join our team at LIXIL, a leading global manufacturer of innovative water and housing technology solutions. As an Industrialization Engineer, you will play a critical role in the development and implementation of new products, ensuring that they meet our high standards for quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Manage projects within our Industrialization process for Chinaware New Product Development (NPD) within our manufacturing facilities.
- Support existing products as quality or manufacturing issues related to design arise.
- Work closely with operations, quality, and process teams during projects.
- Create necessary documentation to hand over products to operations.
- Drive the definition of processes, implementation of best practices and fundamentals, and perform root cause analysis to identify potential problems that need to be solved to increase product efficiency and performance.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably in Chemical, Industrial, Ceramic, Materials, or Mechanical disciplines.
- 2-3 or more years of experience working in a related position.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Advanced Statistics skills, including 8D's, 5 Whys, brainstorming, Pareto charts, and histograms.
- Lean Manufacturing experience.
- Experience writing PFMEA's.
- Six Sigma certification.
