Key Responsibilities:
- Automation Development: Design and develop automation solutions using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software and other relevant technologies.
- Process Improvement: Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement, then develop and implement automation solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support and maintenance for existing automation solutions, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
- Knowledge Sharing: Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues to improve overall team performance and capabilities.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in automation, software development, or related field.
- Skills: Strong understanding of RPA software and technologies, programming languages (e.g., C#, Java), and software development methodologies.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with business process analysis and improvement techniques, as well as experience with SAP and other enterprise software systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional Certifications: Certified Automation Professional (CAP) or Certified RPA Developer (CRPD) certification.
