Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain Predictive/Preventive and Corrective maintenance programs to ensure equipment efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and address equipment-related issues in a timely manner.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement projects to reduce electrical consumption and component usage.
- Support the launch and transfer of new products and manufacturing processes, ensuring seamless equipment installation and operation.
- Participate in the planning and execution of annual preventive maintenance plans, ensuring compliance with safety standards and good practices.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as MTBF, MTTR, OEE, and uptime to inform maintenance strategies.
- Work closely with process engineers to validate equipment repeatability in new layouts and ensure smooth transitions.
- Provide training and support to colleagues on collaborative robot operation and maintenance.
- Ensure the correct installation, operation, and maintenance of new and relocated equipment, including security elements and replacement parts.
