Key Responsibilities

• Attend recurring meetings, both internal and external, for project progress and new launches.

• Coordinate the generation and release of all appropriate documentation, including process flowcharts, control plans, and visual aids.

• Ensure all documents are in place to support M Gates reviews.

• Maintain and communicate project status using Microsoft's Project.

• Comply with quality systems and environmental management implemented in the company.

• Manage all engineering changes with the cross-functional team and ensure successful implementation.

• Comply with the review of the status of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).

• Follow up with the Program Manager on outstanding points from PV runs.

• Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through established communication channels.

• Represent the needs of the customer in internal functions according to the requirements of the Quality System and Customer Specific Requirements.

• Coordinate new model first runs, maturity gates, and compliance assurance.

• Represent the needs of the customer in internal functions according to the requirements of the Quality System.

• Support the manufacturing area according to the needs of the Manufacturing Business Unit (MBU) Manager.

• Coordinate with the Packaging Engineer to set up packaging and customer approvals.

• Coordinate and implement Value Added Engineering (VAVE) initiatives.

• Implement Engineer Changes according to the DNC implementation process with no errors or omissions.

• Participate and provide support related to quality and Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security (EHSS) systems management, objectives, targets, and programs.

• Properly communicate handovers to the plant.

Requirements

• Integrity, Innovation, Inclusion, Excellence, Teamwork, and Respect.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics, or Electromechanical Engineering.

• Deep knowledge of engineering changes and documentation control.

• 3+ years of prior experience in industrial product manufacturing environments.

• 3 years of prior experience coordinating new projects.

• 3 years of prior experience implementing Continuous Improvement and excellence methods.

• English proficiency at 80% or higher, with advanced reading and writing skills that allow for fluid presentations.

• Core Tools:
