About the Role

As a Demand Planning Senior Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving our business forward by developing and implementing robust demand forecasting strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain vital tools and models to support demand forecasting for monthly and annual demand planning, as well as ad-hoc requests.
- Provide accurate and timely volume performance analysis to facilitate demand forecasting and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Marketing, to understand product availability and upcoming marketing activities.
- Consolidate product-level forecasts from sales teams and provide visibility on product performance to inform management decisions.
- Maintain demand plans to ensure cost-effectiveness and meet customer needs.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Maths, or MBA.
- 5+ years of experience in demand planning, senior partner management, and project management in a large-scale organization.
- Strong understanding of End-to-End Supply Chain Management and SC Planning tools, including ERP systems like SAP or Blue Yonder.
- Hands-on experience with data toolsets, demand planning software, and statistical analysis.
