Key Responsibilities- Interact directly with customers to understand their business requirements and design solutions that meet their needs.
- Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code using Java, J2EE, Web Services,.NET, and NodeJS.
- Assist in the review of detailed business requirements and contribute to solution development.
- Balance technical and business requirements when designing solutions and contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.
- Embrace new technology and be eager to learn and continuously commit to learning by other developers.
- Contribute inputs to project planning and management.
- Participate in customer requirements and design workshops.
- Solution architecture and design.
- Solution provisioning, configuration, and testing.

- 4+ years' experience in a development role.
- Programming experience in Java and.NET.
- Ability to solve complex and ambiguous technical problems using experience, creativity, and sound judgment.

- Ability to present solutions to multiple levels within a client organization.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Computer Science or Engineering Degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to work in a dispersed team environment.
- Ability to find creative solutions to difficult problems.
- Experience working directly with end-users and/or clients.
