About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Ramos Arizpe, México. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, budgeting, and assigning human and material resources for preventive, corrective, and new maintenance projects, based on company policies and accepted annual budgets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage mechanical engineering projects and installation of new equipment
- Perform and present technical, economic, and financial justifications for maintenance projects
- Budget the annual preventive maintenance plan
- Supervise compliance with maintenance plans
- Assign resources and suppliers to mold projects
- Budget the total annual expenses of the production plant
- Supervise and record changes and inventories of fixed assets of the production plant
- Manage the resources of the maintenance workshops
- Develop and plan training plans
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineer, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of maintenance experience
- Experience with AutoCAD software
- High proficiency with the use of SAP or similar system for data input, output, report creation, and data analysis
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Spare parts management and maintenance indicators
- Supplier management experience
- High proficiency with MS Office Suite of products, specifically MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to interact with staff, partners, and the public with a calm and professional demeanor
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Hand-on, forward-thinking, and improvement/results-driven
- Familiar with data input, output, report creation, and data analysis
- Works effectively and collaboratively, including clear written and verbal communications
