Cash and Trade Operations Specialist

Citi is seeking a skilled Cash and Trade Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Transaction Services team, you will be responsible for validating and authenticating complex transaction instructions, ensuring seamless execution of financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Validate and authenticate client-received transaction instructions through a call-back and digital signature verification.
  • Evaluate and recommend solutions to problems through data analysis, technical experience, and precedent.
  • Anticipate and respond to requests for deliverables with internal and external clients and vendors.
  • Contribute to and collaborate with cash & trade operations projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous relevant experience preferred in Cash and Trade Operations or Transactional Services.
  • Deep knowledge with Admwin, Citi Docs, and S-500 systems.
  • Fundamental comprehension of financial industry regulations.
  • Effective verbal and written skills in both English and Spanish (Intermediate level).

Education:

Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
