Your RoleAs a Sr Finance Analyst, you will play a vital role in providing data for quarterly financial forecasts and annual budgets. You will also build reports and presentations, as well as cost analyses aimed at reporting cost savings for the Monterrey and Cary sites.
Key Responsibilities- Drive the implementation of the ethics and compliance program to prevent, detect, and correct violations of the law, Baxter's policies, and code of conduct.
- Identify accounting-tax compliance risks in the country/cluster and resolve them.
- Build, present, and follow up on Compensations, Refunds, and other procedures vital for the operation of the companies.
- Ensure compliance in a timely manner with corporate obligations in tax matters.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record in the tax area of legal entities for at least 4 years and accounting-tax area within pharmaceutical companies.
- Experience in an accounting firm is desirable.
- Outstanding written and verbal skills in both English and Spanish.
- Proficiency in accounting, legal, and auditing procedures.
- Management of Mexican tax regulation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and multifaceted environment.
