- Cost Savings and Efficiency: Implement and monitor cost-saving measures, analyze fleet data, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to optimize efficiency and stay within budget.
- Quality Control: Ensure quality control with regular audits of services rendered, including repairs, vehicle inspections, and handovers/returns.
- Reporting and Analysis: Track car mileage, department car usage, and pre-series/validation program vehicle activity to create reports and identify opportunities for cost-reduction.
- Policy Enforcement: Enforce company car policies, including reporting to the Company Car Committee.
- Insurance Management: Manage vehicle insurance of fleet and short-term assignment vehicles from policy management to claims processing.
- Fleet Readiness: Maintain fleet readiness scheduling and oversee maintenance for all fleet vehicles, ensuring smooth operation and minimizing downtime.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in fleet management, logistics, or services areas.
- Track Record: Proven track record of optimizing fleet operations and reducing costs.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and implement cost-saving measures.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of staff, vendors, and internal customers.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Language Skills: Fluent English.
