About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Remote Service Engineer to provide exceptional technical support to our customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for resolving complex technical issues remotely, ensuring customer satisfaction and minimizing downtime.
Your Responsibilities:
• Providing Advanced Technical Support: Diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues remotely.
• Managing Customer Cases: Efficiently handling customer cases, documenting service records, and communicating updates and solutions clearly.
• Collaborating with Field Engineers: Working closely with our field engineers to provide accurate diagnostics and ensure that issues are resolved efficiently on the first visit.
• Escalating Issues: Identifying and escalating critical issues to the appropriate teams for timely resolution.
• Handling Customer Feedback: Addressing customer complaints and feedback promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
• Incident resolution and ticket management experience.
• Experience with HIS and PACS.
• Technical skills on Windows Server 2008-2019.
• Basic networking understanding (VLAN, Load Balancer, Switches).
