At Wsp International, we are seeking an experienced Service Portfolio Analyst Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the GES Service Catalog provided in a global and cross-tower organization.
The successful candidate will ensure that Finance, Accounting and HR Services are well structured and clearly defined to facilitate effective communication amongst service delivery organizations and stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain services and offerings within the GES Service Catalog.
- Ensure that services meet business expectations.
- Lead and drive all Continual Service Improvements enhancements to the SPM process and align with Service Now implementations.
- Collaborate with Key Stakeholders (VCoEs, BRMs, GPOs) to ensure services align with business requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business or related field.
- Experience in defining business services and technology.
- ITIL foundation (v3/v4) certification required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of responsibility and authority.
- Ability to prioritize the development of high-performance teams driven by customer service and teamwork.
