Payroll Assistant

About the Role:

The Time and Attendance Clerk - Fixed Term is responsible for processing and compiling leaves for the business and maintaining employee records in the time and attendance system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Input and review leaves, time-off, vacation, etc. within the time and attendance system.
• Compile time and attendance data such as hours worked, leaves, time-off, vacation, etc. from time sheets and other records.
• Generate audit reports related to leaves, time-off, vacation, etc., and assist in reconciliations of leaves from time and attendance to Payroll systems.
• Prepare information submitted for changes to employee records and make corrections on the system, assisting employees on routine leaves and related benefits issues.
• Ensure proper record keeping and archiving of leaves documents, performing all duties observing the policies and procedures for payroll administration and processing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 1 to 3 years of related experience is required in payroll.
• Time and attendance process knowledge is preferred.
• Second shift availability is required (4 PM- 12:15 AM).
