Job Overview

This role involves managing projects globally, ensuring efficient delivery, and fostering collaboration within the team. The ideal candidate should have experience in project management, preferably with agile methodologies, and be proficient in budget management.

Responsibilities
  • Project Forecasting: Develop accurate forecasts of projects under your responsibility, taking into account various factors such as timelines, resources, and client expectations.
  • Project Monitoring: Utilize agile methodologies to monitor and control project progress, identifying potential issues early on and implementing corrective measures as needed.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the PMO to ensure seamless execution of procedures and provide support to project managers when required.
  • Talent Development: Ensure that your team adheres to established methodologies and processes, providing guidance and training as necessary.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate complex problems to AMs, who will handle customer interactions, and ensure clear communication between project managers and clients.
Requirements
  • At least 6 years of experience in software outsourcing project management, with expertise in personnel, time, and materials management, as well as budget oversight.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer orientation skills, prioritizing their satisfaction and needs throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Budget Management: Proven ability to manage budgets effectively, allocating resources efficiently and monitoring expenses.
  • IT Background: Familiarity with IT industry principles and practices, including Agile methodologies.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science, along with advanced English language proficiency.
