We are seeking a seasoned Top Commercial Leader to join our team in Mexico.
Lilly, a global pharmaceutical company, is looking for an experienced leader to drive sales growth and success in the region.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership and commercial experience, with a strong ability to develop high-performing teams and drive business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales team in Mexico to achieve aggressive sales targets
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive growth and market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Mentor and coach sales representatives to improve performance and skills
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of business plans
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of commercial experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Proven track record of leadership and sales success
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
