Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to perform accounting processes for our Latin America region. The successful candidate will support and review company accounting transactions, prepare accounting journals, reconciliations, and reports, and communicate with local accounting firms.

Main Responsibilities
  • Accounting Support: Provide support and review company accounting transactions for the Latin America region.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare accounting journals, reconciliations, and reports for the region.
  • Communication: Communicate with local accounting firms and team leaders to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and implement changes as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting: A degree in accounting or a related field is required.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience as an analyst or general accounting specialist in a transnational company is required.
  • Language Skills: Advanced English language skills are required.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with ERP systems, such as Oracle, is desirable.
