- Provide tax advisory services to business teams on day-to-day initiatives and new products, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.

- Support external audit requirements related to specific areas of responsibility, ensuring timely and accurate responses to auditor inquiries.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights on tax impacts and develop strategies to minimize tax liabilities.

- Provide tax policy and transfer pricing support, ensuring alignment with regional leadership and business objectives.

- Develop and maintain relationships with tax authorities in Latin America, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.

**Requirements**

- Bachelor's degree in Law, Accounting, or a related field.

- +3 years of experience in international tax, preferably with a Fortune 500 company.

- Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations in Latin America, including tax treaties and transfer pricing agreements.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective tax strategies.

- Proficiency in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
