The Senior Manager, OCS Capital Project Procurement, plays a vital role in driving business success by overseeing the entire capital project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:
- Project Governance: Establish and maintain robust governance structures to ensure transparency, accountability, and successful project execution.
- Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans, focusing on cost reduction, process improvements, and relationship-building.
- Procurement Leadership: Guide the procurement team in sourcing goods and services, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier performance.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks associated with capital projects, ensuring minimal impact on business objectives.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and team performance.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or technology.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in capital sourcing and contract administration.
- Certifications: TOEIC English Language certification (minimum score 945), TOEIC Listening (minimum score 490), TOEIC Reading (minimum score 455).
- Skills: Project procurement management, strategic sourcing, contract language, business law, risk management, and supplier negotiation.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of manufacturing equipment contracts, project estimating, scope development, and design stage gate processes.
- Travel: International and domestic travel up to 30%. Ability to acquire a US H-1B Visa.
