We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Company Vehicle Operations Coordinator to join our team at General Motors. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's vehicle fleet operations, ensuring seamless management of vehicle assignments, plating, maintenance, and disposal.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Administer all company-assigned, unassigned, and supplementary vehicles
  • Perform the end-to-end process for internal sales to employees and dealer auctions
  • Administer the process for plating
  • Provide customer support for employees
  • Deliver corporate cards to employees and other locations
  • Administer anti-laundering and REPUVE reports for sales
  • Administer invoices for PDI and maintenance and manage dealer relationships
  • Monitor and maintain vehicle inventory levels
  • Ensure adherence to all CVO policies and programs

**Requirements**

  • High level of analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High level of administrative and organizational skills
  • Ability to incorporate technology into business processes effectively
  • Ability to manage third parties
  • Proactively finds solutions and solves problems in daily operations

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
  • Advanced English language skills
  • Experience with company vehicle operations programs, policies, and procedures
  • Experience with eCVMS, SAP, logistics systems, and GM purchasing processes
