Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative support in a fast-paced environment, enhancing organizational efficiency and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage travel, lodging, and expense reports
- Reserve conference rooms and organize team meetings/events
- Coordinate catering and act as a liaison with other Administrative Assistants
- Prepare documents using Microsoft Office Suite and manage incoming communications
- Support Vice Presidents with calendar management and travel logistics
- Ensure smooth office operations, including mail distribution and maintenance coordination
- Serve as a liaison between various Micron sites and departments
Requirements:
- 5+ years of high-level administrative support experience
- Excellent calendar management and complex travel arrangement skills
- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Associates or bachelor's degree preferred
