Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sqm Specialist to join our team at Continental. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and provide feedback to suppliers on their quality performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Conduct regular audits of suppliers to ensure compliance with established quality controls and processes.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to drive continuous improvement in our manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
- Provide training and support to suppliers on quality-related topics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, quality assurance, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on quality assurance.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, including APQP, PPAP, and AIAG.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, both nationally and internationally.
