Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sqm Specialist to join our team at Continental. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and provide feedback to suppliers on their quality performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Conduct regular audits of suppliers to ensure compliance with established quality controls and processes.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to drive continuous improvement in our manufacturing processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
  • Provide training and support to suppliers on quality-related topics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, quality assurance, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on quality assurance.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems, including APQP, PPAP, and AIAG.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, both nationally and internationally.
