Key Responsibilities
- Conduct time and motion studies to identify areas for improvement and optimize manufacturing processes.
- Develop and implement process engineering solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new manufacturing processes and systems.
- Implement and train employees on new manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Track and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, including operating procedures and work instructions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Engineering-related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
- Minimum 3-4 years' experience in manufacturing process optimization or a related field.
- Lean Manufacturing experience and Green Belt or Black Belt training or certification preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
