We are seeking a skilled Logistics Production Planner Senior to join our team in Linares, Nuevo León, México. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes and maintaining supply chain efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in planning, scheduling, and manufacturing procurement, with a background in Industrial Engineering, Administration, or Logistics. Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel skills are also required.

As a Logistics Production Planner Senior, your responsibilities will include:

  • Transforming the master production plan into a daily schedule, considering capacities and requirements from production lines
  • Tracking the shelf life of materials to reduce obsolescence risks and manage Service Rate Indicators
  • Creating contingency plans for daily and weekly compliance with production plans, including updates on planned and production orders with 12-week visibility
  • Collaborating with material planners to ensure raw and pack material availability for SKU production
  • Serving as the main contact for various areas, including quality, maintenance, innovation, and human resources, to assign times in the production plan

In exchange for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits that support your well-being throughout your career journey.
