**Job Summary**

Interplex México is seeking a highly skilled HR Coordinator to join our team in Technology Park - Zapopan, Jalisco. As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating HR activities, including training processes, organizational communication, hiring, payment, and support to employees.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Coordinate HR activities, including training processes, organizational communication, hiring, payment, and support to employees.
  • Manage employee data, benefits, and services.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level).
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR activities.
