Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to coordinate and follow up on activities related to new business project expenses forecast for assigned EDS plants.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for working closely with the Manufacturing Engineering team to ensure seamless execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Manufacturing Engineering with control and information related to project expenses forecast.
  • Analyze and create work orders in all types (capital, tooling, and Expenses) for Divisional area.
  • Validate and support assigned plants for approved project expenses related to new business, engineering changes, or business transfers.
  • C coordinating meetings to follow up expenses for Installation, methods, and quality project expenses according to approved forecasts.
  • Create work orders according to approved projects related to investment and plant.
  • Follow up purchase order requisitions for assigned plants.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Moderate level of English proficiency.
  • A technical background in administration or a truncated career.
  • Mainly Excel software knowledge.
  • Ability to develop and maintain timelines for internal deliberates.
  • Experience working with multiple departments.
  • Capacity to effectively organize, prioritize, and accomplish multiple tasks.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment.
