About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Commodity/Account Management & Strategic Sourcing professional to join our team at Carrier Global Corporation. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for overseeing supplier selection and contract negotiation, partnering with internal clients and stakeholders to identify sourcing needs and improve sourcing strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Tactical WAVE/PSR maintenance and/or hygiene
- Regional productivity enabler
- Follow up with Regional Commodity Managers on key projects to execute productivity
- Create standard processes for internal tools
- Meet with productivity targets
- Assure productivity tools into optimal conditions to facilitate information consolidation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
- Highly proficient in English (spoken and written)
- A minimum of 3 years prior relevant experience
- Excel and PPT skills desired
- Communication skills
