**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Facilities Manager to join our team at General Motors. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including maintenance, housekeeping, and grounds services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize building and facility services, guided by industry benchmark standards.
  • Ensure the efficient and timely execution of all facility services, including maintenance, housekeeping, and grounds services.
  • Drive continuous improvements and share lessons learned to enhance facility operations.
  • Support workspace transformation projects by engaging with the Space Planning team in the change management process.
  • Ensure issue and resolution of daily tenant needs and longer-term projects by pulling in required resources.
  • Meet GM Global Safety standards, including Speak up for Safety, Global Call to Action, and Safety Observation Tours.
Requirements:
  • Advanced degree in a related field, such as Mechatronic Engineering or Electronic Engineering.
  • Proficiency in software applications, including PLC 5000, Autocad, and Lectura de diagramas electricos y mécanicos.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
