Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Center Instructor to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a Fitness Center Instructor, you will be responsible for instructing group fitness classes at various ability levels, providing advice on proper exercise techniques, and promoting a fun and relaxing atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Instruct group fitness classes, including aerobics, spinning, and strength training.
  • Assess individual fitness levels and develop personalized exercise programs.
  • Provide fitness counseling and advice on proper exercise techniques.
  • Ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
  • Participate in training and certification programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience.
  • CPR and First Aid certification required.
  • Fitness equipment and instruction certification preferred.
