About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ad Sales and Revenue Growth Director to join our team at 332 Discovery Networks Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving the Ad Sales Budgets based on price, inventory, and industry analysis, overseeing all operations to fulfill this task.

Main Responsibilities

Maintain and develop existing relationships with clients and agencies, including incentive negotiations with agencies and PR relationships with direct clients.

Develop Marketing strategies along with the Marketing team to continue positioning our properties in the top of mind of all Mexican audience and clients.

Develop and sell Branded Content to clients, as well as multiplatform campaigns.

May correspond to the performance goals that you anticipate setting / have set for this role.

Requirements

Fluent in English and Spanish.

Broad knowledge and experience in media (Broadcast TV, Pay TV, Print, Digital, etc.).

Experience in managing and leading teams of at least 5 people.

Years of experience: 10 or more in the entertainment industry.

Ability to work under pressure.

Above average skills in negotiation.

Degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, communications.

General knowledge of local market, players (competitors) and clients.

Other: Strategic and analytical mindset.
