We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Operations Specialist to join our team in EMEA. As a key member of our International payroll operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing across the region.
You will act as the main point of contact between internal teams and external payroll providers, coordinating closely with local vendors to ensure seamless payroll execution. Your strong communication skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining efficient payroll operations by identifying discrepancies, liaising with local vendors to resolve issues, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations in the UK and other EMEA countries. Your proactive approach will allow you to continuously optimize processes and build expertise in payroll operations.
You will be responsible for executing day-to-day operations for Justworks' payroll system across EMEA, including processing and reviewing customer payroll, handling corrections, and ensuring compliance with country-specific regulations.
You will monitor payroll payments, triage, and resolve incoming payroll-related issues efficiently, while also implementing and refining payroll workflows to support evolving EMEA payroll operations.
