About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Recruitment Specialist to join our team at EssilorLuxottica. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
- Conduct thorough interviews via phone or in-person to assess candidate qualifications and potential
- Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely and effective communication
- Meet weekly quotas related to candidate engagement and conversion
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Human Resources or Business Administration
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
