About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Technical Trainer 3. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering training programs to our global workforce, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training programs to meet the needs of our global workforce
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training aligns with business objectives
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and develop solutions
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in training and development, preferably in a technical field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Benefits:
