Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Delivery: Ensure seamless delivery of wind/BESS projects, from production planning to installation, commissioning, testing, warranty services, and coordinating transportation.
  • Client Relationship Management: Lead management of client relationships for all projects and ensure client satisfaction throughout the delivery process.
  • Quality Assurance and Issue Resolution: Implement comprehensive quality control measures to address any identified project delivery issues, provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Contract Negotiation and Management: Actively engage in contract negotiations post-bid, identifying and mitigating project delivery risks to facilitate high-quality contract agreements. Also manage contract changes for assigned projects, ensuring adherence to company standards and requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the renewable energy sector with wind/BESS project delivery experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of renewable energy technologies and industry trends.
