About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team at Integer. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the preparation of monthly financial reporting packages, providing high-quality, accurate, and timely analysis and insights to senior management.
  • Develop complex financial models and ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions and drive strategic growth.
  • Standardize and utilize analytic tools and documents for the global financial, planning, and analysis team.
  • Drive communication and consistency across functions through the development of robust analyses and reporting.
  • Act as a key communication point with finance leads in various businesses and corporate functions.
  • Coordinate system inputs for key components of the forecast, budget, and strategic plan submissions.
  • Support supply chain analysis, capital, and cost savings initiatives.
  • Provide cross-functional partnering, analysis, presentations, and support to ensure high-quality, accurate, and timely reporting and analytics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in analytics, executive reporting, and/or financial systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under deadlines and influence multiple constituencies.
  • Oracle, Hyperion experience is a plus.
