Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of technical leads and developers to deliver software solutions aligned with business and technology strategy.
  • Engage with function managers, business analysts, testers, and scrum masters to ensure proper quality and timelines are met.
  • Define deliverables and timelines using waterfall, iterative, or agile methodologies.
  • Drive technical discussions with partners and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
  • Manage multiple teams of professionals to accomplish established goals and conduct personnel duties.
  • Provide strategic influence and exercise control over resources, budget management, and planning.
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of concepts and procedures within own area and basic knowledge of other areas to resolve issues.
  • Ensure essential procedures are followed and contribute to defining standards.
  • Influence and negotiate with senior leaders across functions and communicate with external parties as necessary.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in technology management.
  • Experience in managing global technology teams.
  • Working knowledge of industry practices and standards.
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.
Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
