Job Title: HSSE Manager

Join EthosEnergy Group as a HSSE Manager and take on a challenging role in ensuring the health, safety, security, and environmental well-being of our operations in the Altamira 3 and 4 Power Plant.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct management and oversight of Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental plans, policies, procedures, and compliance programs.
  • Support the Mexico O&M-MIP Altamira III and IV Power Plant in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Develop and implement effective HSSE strategies to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Lead programs and projects to improve HSSE performance and achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HSSE, preferably in the power industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Safety, Environmental, or a related field.
  • Formal certifications in Mexican Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental regulations.
  • Extensive knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 standards.
  • Ability to lift and move material up to 40 pounds and climb up to a 12-ft ladder.
