Key Responsibilities

The role involves reviewing the design and application of distribution boards and electrical protection, validating the scope of the equipment against the customer.

  • Provide and oversee product and solutions application support and training to customers.
  • Certify the technical accuracy of system/process designs.
  • Support sales engineers and assist in business development.
  • Lead specification, design, analysis and development of engineering projects.
  • Demonstrate products or solutions.
  • Troubleshoot problems on installed systems and solutions and lead start up of new systems on customer sites.
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments in engineering specialty to guide future development efforts.

Qualifications

This role might be for you if:

  • You have a background in Electrical, Mechanical-Electrical, or a related Engineering field.
  • You possess advanced English skills to establish technical conversations with native speakers.
  • You have experience designing metal mechanics or electrical components (panelboards, breaker panels, or electric panels). Knowledge of mechanical or electrical design software is a plus. You are capable of reading and understanding electrical diagrams. Knowledge of statistical processes control and root cause determination is a plus.
