We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to join our Signature Success team. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for partnering with a small number of assigned accounts, maintaining a continual focus on the customer's business goals to improve their overall technical and operational health and realize the maximum value out of their Salesforce investment.
Accountabilities- Develop and execute account plans to meet customer business objectives and drive customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders, including IT and business executive leadership.
- Provide expert guidance on Salesforce features and best practices to drive customer success.
