As a Study Start Up Associate II, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful start-up of clinical trials at our research sites. Your expertise in contract negotiation and budget analysis will be essential in reviewing and negotiating clinical site investigator contracts and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and negotiate clinical site investigator contracts and budgets
  • Stay connected with investigative sites, sponsors, and internal personnel regarding contract status and related documents
  • Prepare and coordinate preparation of contractual documents and correspondence
  • Facilitate the indemnification process between the study sponsor and the site
  • Function as the internal consultant on study budgets, including investigator payments, training documentation, and group training

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Juris Doctor (law) degree, or related experience
  • Negotiation skills, drafting and reviewing contracts, and budgeting analysis
  • Proven expertise in reviewing and negotiating contracts and budgets
  • Experience in a clinical research environment with specific experience in study contracts review and budget negotiation or in a related field
