We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician II to join our team at Cintas. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing industrial equipment, systems, and components to ensure the smooth operation of our laundry facility.
Your key duties will include:
- Maintenance and repair of industrial equipment and systems;
- Preventive/predictive maintenance activities;
- Conducting various welding tasks as required;
- Boiler chemical monitoring and adjustment;
- Safety concern identification and resolution;
- Inventory supply management and maintenance record preparation;
- Emergency alarm response and junior team member mentoring.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- At least 5 years of experience in repairing industrial processing equipment in an industrial setting or in the military;
- Excellent reading comprehension skills, including ability to read English-language maintenance documentation;
- Blueprint reading and interpretation experience;
- Basic Microsoft Office computer skills;
- Ability to work for up to 7 hours in an 8-hour shift standing;
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
The following qualifications are highly beneficial:
- Boiler operation knowledge and experience;
- HVAC experience and expertise;
- Welding proficiency, including MIG, TIG, ARC, cutting, and brazing techniques.
